These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and bk34 (the "Company", "Platform", "We", or "Us"), governing your access to and use of the bk34 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at https://bk34.io and any associated mobile-optimised versions thereof.

bk34 operates as an online gaming and sports wagering service targeting adult players resident in Bangladesh. The platform provides access to casino games including but not limited to live table games, slots, crash games, and card games, as well as a sports betting sportsbook covering cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sporting events of interest to Bangladeshi players.

These Terms were last updated and became effective as of January 2026. bk34 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the bk34 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and the Company. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for matters relating solely to that promotion.

To register a real-money account with bk34, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bk34 enforces a strict minimum age of 21, which is more restrictive than the legal gambling age in some jurisdictions, reflecting our commitment to player welfare in the Bangladesh market.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and non-human legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts on bk34.

• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended account on the bk34 platform. One account per person is strictly enforced.

• You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when placing bets or playing casino games on the bk34 platform.

bk34 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage of the registration process or at any point during the ongoing account relationship. Acceptable verification documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period will result in the suspension or closure of the account concerned.

By completing the registration process on bk34, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you satisfy all eligibility criteria stated above. You further acknowledge that bk34 may share account and transaction data with third-party identity verification and fraud prevention service providers as part of its compliance obligations.

Each registered player is solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their bk34 account credentials, including their username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued during login or transaction verification. bk34 will never request your password via email, telephone, or any channel other than the official login interface at https://bk34.io.

You must notify bk34 immediately by emailing support@bk34.io if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you believe your login credentials have been compromised. Until such notification is received, bk34 shall treat all account activity as having been conducted by the authorised account holder, and any losses arising from unauthorised access prior to notification will not be the liability of bk34 where the compromise resulted from the player's failure to maintain adequate security.

Account balances held on the bk34 platform are not interest-bearing. bk34 holds player funds in a manner that is operationally separate from the Company's own operating funds. Player funds are not available to the Company's creditors in the event of insolvency, though bk34 makes no guarantee or representation as to the legal enforceability of this arrangement in any particular jurisdiction.

• Accounts that have been dormant (no login activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. bk34 will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied.
• Dormant accounts with a positive balance may attract a monthly account maintenance fee of ৳100 after the 12-month dormancy period, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero.
• Players wishing to close their account voluntarily should contact support@bk34.io. Any remaining balance will be returned via the player's verified payment method following successful identity verification.

bk34 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All financial transactions on the bk34 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). No foreign currency deposits are accepted.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the player's bk34 account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the respective payment provider. Deposits made via bank transfer may take up to one Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business day to be reflected in the player's account balance.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. All withdrawal requests require the account to have passed full identity verification. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used in the most recent deposit, or the player's primary verified payment method on file. bk34 processes withdrawal requests during BST business hours; requests submitted outside business hours will be queued for processing on the next business day.

• bk34 does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bk34 accepts no responsibility.
• bk34 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request that exceeds ৳50,000 or that is flagged by the platform's fraud prevention systems.
• Funds deposited into a bk34 account may only be withdrawn to a payment account registered in the same name as the bk34 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any deposit made in error by the player must be reported to support@bk34.io within 24 hours. bk34 will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee recovery of funds once credited and wagered.

bk34 offers promotional bonuses, free-play credits, cashback offers, and other incentive programmes to eligible registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to individual promotion-specific terms in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Players who, in bk34's reasonable judgement, are abusing the bonus system — including through low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of wagering requirement loopholes, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will have bonuses cancelled and accounts reviewed.
• Wagering requirements indicate the total amount that must be staked from bonus funds before the resulting winnings become withdrawable. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in qualifying bets to be placed.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports betting single events, and certain slot titles may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10% or 50%). Contribution rates are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days from the date of issue, as specified per promotion). Expired bonuses and associated pending winnings are forfeited automatically.
• bk34 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already opted in and are actively progressing toward the wagering requirement will be given reasonable time to complete it.

• Palpable errors in odds — including grossly incorrect odds caused by data feed errors, human error, or technical malfunction — will result in affected bets being voided. bk34 will exercise this right reasonably and transparently, notifying affected players via their registered email address.

bk34 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. The platform provides a suite of self-management tools accessible directly from the account dashboard, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods of 24 hours to 6 weeks, and full self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months.

Players who activate self-exclusion will have their account suspended for the chosen period. • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the bk34 platform.

• Using the bk34 brand name or logo in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without prior written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk34 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the bk34 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

bk34's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player into their bk34 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

bk34 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical outages, or third-party provider failures may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the bk34 platform. bk34 will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance windows where possible.

bk34 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the bk34 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account with bk34, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by bk34 includes registration information, transaction history, device and session data, and communications between you and bk34's support team. This data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications.

bk34 will not sell your personal data to third parties.
